One of the first things people complain about getting the word out about their Facebook Page is that even though there's a link called "Suggest to Friends" you can't add people's e-mail addresses or send it to people that meet certain criteria. You can only select people that are friends of your personal account. But think about this, would you really want to get e-mails by every single person that setup a Page on Facebook?
- So start out by suggesting your page to people on your friends list that would appreciate it. Most people will follow your site if they know you.
- To really get the word out, though, use your regular e-mail lists to tell your contacts about your Page.
- If you plan on using your Facebook Page a lot, you may also want to link to it from the bottom of your e-mails, etc.
